While their wealthy employer is away, the maids and staff throw a party and enlist a bargain plastic surgeon, Merrill Bobolit, to give them Botox. Unfortunately, they all suffer negative side effects, and one of them returns to him seeking help for the unsightly bumps on her forehead. Merrill has teamed up with Madam Rose, who runs a chain of beauty salons, to offer unsanitary plastic surgery at low prices in her basement, branding it "Bobotox." Christian attempts to reason with Merrill, only to discover he's addicted to anesthesia, using it even during procedures. Christian steps in as his sponsor at a support group, but tensions rise when a girl Merrill likes shows interest in Christian. Meanwhile, Matt confronts Adrian for wearing his leather jacket to school while dealing drugs. When Adrian refuses to return it, a fight breaks out, and Matt ends up with the blame for the drugs found in the coat. Christian and Ava come to the rescue with a plan to bribe the principal,
