Seeing that the garage isn’t a proper home for Jr., Vanessa, and the baby, Jay urges Michael to renovate the space. However, when the contractor estimates come in higher than he expected, Michael opts to tackle the project on his own, enlisting Jr.'s assistance. As they dive into the work, they quickly find themselves overwhelmed. Thankfully, Franklin, a licensed contractor, steps in to lend a hand and save the day.
