Title: The "V" Dilemma Plot: Jay suggests that Michael consider a vasectomy, but he initially declines. After some time, he agrees to the procedure but ultimately changes his mind at the last moment. In response, Jay decides to pursue a hysterectomy instead. However, once she returns from the clinic, Michael surprises her by stating he will indeed get the vasectomy.
