Episode Overview

Toni launches her real estate agency and brings on Lynn as a temporary assistant. However, Lynn soon resigns due to Toni's high expectations. Toni quickly hires a new assistant who proves to be highly capable, but she too departs when Toni refuses to allow her too much autonomy. With the grand opening approaching, Toni finds herself in urgent need of help. At the same time, Joan worries about potential repercussions from her boss after a judge dismisses a crucial motion for what appears to be a trivial reason.
