Dr. Loveless has returned with a devious scheme to conquer the world. He’s created replicas of the treasury, prisons, and armories to prepare his henchmen for a takeover at his signal. Once he seizes control, he intends to declare himself dictator. However, his plot to eliminate West and Gordon goes awry, leading the two agents to swiftly track down the diminutive mastermind.
