Episode Overview

Gil, Kelly, and the younger kids set out to create a fall garden. With everyone sharing their thoughts, choosing both the garden's spot and what to grow proves challenging. Meanwhile, Lawson, an aspiring gospel country singer and songwriter, travels to Nashville to pursue his music ambitions. Having released one CD, he secures a meeting with a record label executive and scores a session with a renowned vocal coach. Back at the Bates home, the garden is finally planted with Chad’s assistance, while the family eagerly anticipates updates from Lawson in Nashville.
