Episode Overview
A terrifying series of events unfolds when Rachel becomes the target of a troubled patient. The situation escalates as a woman, distressed about her job, reveals a case of sexual harassment involving her brother-in-law. Tragedy strikes when a couple is mugged, resulting in the man's death; the woman confides in Ash that, despite living as husband and wife, they are actually siblings. Mike Barratt finally opens up to Charlie about his wife leaving him and taking the children. Meanwhile, an elderly woman is discovered dead, and her daughter, who has stab wounds, is brought in. It turns out that the mentally ill patient is the missing daughter who killed her mother and harmed her sister. In a tense moment, Charlie intervenes as she attempts to take her own life, and she shares the torment of her family life that led her to this breaking point.
