A medical student is discovered stabbed and pinned to the floor of her bedroom with a sizable knife. Initial suspicions fall on the seemingly nonchalant individual who called 911. However, once the caller's alibi is verified, Detective Frank Dillard is compelled to use his interrogation expertise to track down a serial killer.
