Fernando and David took on the challenge of a rundown triplex, determined to restore it to its former glory. However, they soon found themselves depleted of both funds and motivation. To make matters worse, they saved the most horrifying unit for last: a filthy apartment filled with the stench of cats and smoke. Fortunately, Scott arrives with his crew and presents an impressive renovation strategy to help turn things around.
