A couple decides to relocate to be nearer to their loved ones and reduce their daily commute. While they both agree that a move is essential, their tastes in home design couldn’t be more different. The Property Brothers come to the rescue, eager to help them find an ideal suburban property, but they quickly encounter some significant challenges. After selecting a house and starting renovations, Jonathan struggles to keep expenses in check. Just as he manages to get everything back on track, a bureaucratic hiccup at city hall threatens to derail their entire project.
