Episode Overview

Tina and James have just become empty nesters and are eager to fulfill their long list of desires. They’re looking to downsize and relocate nearer to the city, hoping to find a home that’s ready for immediate occupancy without any need for renovations. The Property Brothers step in to assist them, guiding them through some older homes while trying to persuade them that, given their budget, undertaking a renovation might be their best option.
