Episode Overview

After selling their condo, Rose, Giancarlo, and their daughters are temporarily staying in her parents' cramped basement. They dream of a spacious, single-story house featuring a gourmet kitchen and located near excellent schools. The Property Brothers step in to assist them in finding an affordable dream home that can be renovated within their timeline. However, once they agree to the plan, Rose and Giancarlo begin to doubt Jonathan's decisions at every step. Their last-minute changes lead to significant delays, and Giancarlo’s eagerness to help with the wiring proves to be more of a hindrance than a help.
