Episode Overview

After years of traveling and with another baby on the way, Mark and Priscilla return home eager to leave their cramped rental behind. They dream of a spacious, detached house with an open layout in a neighborhood suited for families. The Property Brothers step in to help them find an affordable dream home that can be renovated in time. However, with a budget that falls short of the couple's desires, Drew and Jonathan face challenges selling the appeal of a fixer-upper. Mark's high-end tastes lead them to a costly property, and when unexpected structural, electrical, and plumbing issues arise, tensions mount for the expectant parents.
