Episode Overview

Danielle and Chad, along with their three energetic children, are squeezed into a small bedroom at Chad's mom's house after returning from overseas. They dream of a detached home with four bedrooms, a roomy kitchen, a playroom, and a lovely backyard. The Property Brothers step in to help them discover a budget-friendly dream home that can be renovated quickly. However, with a budget that doesn’t align with their hopes, Drew and Jonathan find it challenging to promote a fixer-upper. As the family copes with the noisy, dusty renovation happening above, structural issues threaten their design ideas. Danielle isn't shy about expressing her frustration, particularly regarding the kids' playroom. Fortunately, Chad's mother offers an unexpected solution to lighten Jonathan's load. Meanwhile, Danielle can't help but snoop around the renovations.
