New parents Katie and Justin juggle their hectic jobs and long commutes by spending weekends at their downtown home and staying at his parents' house during the week. This nomadic lifestyle is starting to wear them down, so they’re eager to find a stylish suburban home to settle into. The Property Brothers come to the rescue with a plan, but it’s Justin who uncovers a unique chance when one of his landscaping clients offers to sell their house privately before it officially goes on the market. As Drew negotiates the deal, Jonathan discovers several expensive and hazardous issues during demolition, but a revamped design plan brings an exciting new feature to light.
