Episode Overview
After the entrance ceremony wraps up, freshmen are eager to join clubs, leading to intense competition between the Robot Research Club and the Motorcycle Club over a promising recruit. Kasumi from the Disciplinary Committee and Shippou from the Extracurricular Activities Federation step in to diffuse the escalating tension. However, their attempt to restore order spirals into a heated argument about who has the right to control the situation, almost resulting in a physical clash. Meanwhile, Koichi, the leader of the Saegusa Family, is secretly plotting to weaken the Yotsuba Family's influence by orchestrating a deceptive anti-magician campaign with the help of the USNA's Humanist Extremist group for the media.
