Episode Overview

Frank joins Hakeem for a "Father-Son" retreat, where they encounter Q and his dad, reigniting old tensions between Frank and Q. As the group works through their issues, Frank and Q begin to find common ground. Meanwhile, the girls and Myles take self-defense lessons from Don "The Dragon" Wilson, who is in town filming a new movie and requires The Den as a filming location. The retreat ultimately becomes a space for healing and empowerment for everyone involved.
