Episode Overview
Moesha is determined to assist Dorian in finding his biological mother. Hakeem warns her against delving into the past, fearing it may lead to painful discoveries. Moesha reassures him that she understands the risks, but feels compelled to proceed for Dorian’s sake. They contact a woman named Barbara Lee, only to discover her true name is Barbara Kennedy. When Dorian meets her, he learns she has another daughter, Reecy, and a son, Ray-Ray. During their conversation, Barbara reveals shocking information about Moesha's mother, leaving Moesha devastated and prompting her to storm out. Meanwhile, Frank faces off in a race against Myles's friend's uncle. After winning, his excitement is short-lived when he finds out about Moesha's pursuit of Dorian's mother.
