When Elliott expresses his concern that Fran is too entangled in Peter's life, she starts to worry about the future of their relationship. In an effort to create a memorable night for Elliott, Fran's plans are derailed when Peter's night of heavy drinking results in a cringe-worthy morning for all three of them.
