Ryo finally encounters Lishao Tao, the individual he had been searching for. Lishao, a skilled master of martial arts, swiftly overpowers Ryo and instructs him to return home. Believing his defeat stems from a lack of strength, Ryo begins to explore Hong Kong in search of a martial artist who can help him improve.
