Episode Overview

James Dainard finds himself at odds with fellow flipper Rob, who presents a promising project: a split-level home with a large yard in a desirable area. Although Rob is brimming with confidence, his lack of funds and overbearing attitude quickly annoys James. The house has great potential for profit, but James insists that any collaboration will be strictly on his terms. As disagreements over budget, timelines, and design escalate, Rob’s daring tactics conflict with James’ tried-and-true methods, causing James to wonder if the potential profit is worth the ensuing turmoil.
