On the day Martin Luther King, Jr. is assassinated, Hodiak finds himself tasked with solving a murder in a predominantly black neighborhood while working to avert an impending riot. As tensions rise within the community, Kristin’s engagement with the Black Panthers creates strain in her marriage to Shafe. At the same time, Charmain wraps up a drug case and confronts the harsh realities that come with undercover work.
