Lillian is determined to gain notoriety as an abductee and concocts a plan to fake her own kidnapping. At the same time, Dodo persuades Peepers to dress up as the Commodore in order to accompany her to a luncheon. Meanwhile, Beatrice confuses Blanche for another member of the aristocracy, leading to an amusing mix-up.
