Ventriloquist Paul Winchell visits the bank to set up an account with Lucy. When Mr. Mooney struggles to secure a celebrity for an upcoming charity event, Lucy proposes that Paul could perform. However, a blunder forces Lucy to take on the role of the ventriloquist’s dummy during the performance that evening.
