Episode Overview

In the aftermath of 9/11, a wave of terror hits as shopkeepers in Queens and Brooklyn fall victim to a series of brutal murders. With no clear suspects and little understanding of the motives behind these attacks, the NYPD is compelled to establish a task force dedicated to apprehending the elusive killer before more lives are lost.
