Episode Overview

As the festive season kicks off, Earl decides to tackle an old grievance by trying to make Joy's Christmas special for once. He enlists Randy and Catalina in a radio contest to win a brand-new car for her, hoping to atone for his past thoughtless gifts. Meanwhile, chaos ensues as Randy and Catalina compete fiercely for the prize. Earl soon discovers that Joy's parents still think he’s her husband, recently returned from Iraq. Fearful of her father's potential reaction to her marriage to Darnell, Joy asks Earl to maintain the ruse, worried that the truth will spoil another Christmas.
