Earl checks off another item from his redemption list when he returns Pops' Weiner Hot Dog cart, which he and Ralph had taken during their younger days. However, the good intentions are short-lived when Ralph, now employed by a rival hot dog chain, ignites Pops' cart in a fit of jealousy. Determined to make amends, Earl devises an unusual scheme and enlists the help of Randy, Joy, Catalina, and Darnell to rectify the situation.
