Episode Overview

Dodge confides in Joy that he prefers Darnell not to participate in career day, prompting her to recruit Earl to impersonate his father instead. However, the plan backfires, leading Earl to understand that Dodge deserves to know the truth about his biological father. Against Joy's wishes, Earl teams up with Randy and Catalina on a mission to track down Dodge's estranged dad. What they uncover, however, turns out to be far more troubling than they anticipated.
