Annie, Valerie's friend, pushes her to visit a popular hair salon, but Valerie quickly finds herself in over her head when her hair is dyed bright blond. In another part of town, David has a run-in with Willie and, after stumbling over his skateboard, he takes advantage of the situation by blackmailing Willie into becoming his personal servant.
