Mark starts working at Bossy Burger and makes an effort to help Willie land a job there as well. Unfortunately, Willie's playful antics go unnoticed by their boss, who ends up promoting him. This creates a problem when a busy shift hits, and Willie struggles to keep up. Meanwhile, Sandy faces a setback with her living room floor project after Michael gets called away for work. With no one else to turn to, she seeks help from David.
