Mark's volunteering at the hospital becomes the backdrop for a documentary being filmed by David and Burt. While they’re shooting, David unexpectedly bumps into his longtime friend, Rich, and learns that Rich is currently struggling with AIDS. In a different turn of events, Willie opts to enroll in a home economics class, hoping it will help him connect with more girls.
