Yo Han sustains an injury just as Ga On finds himself in a precarious situation while attempting to assist the residents of Hyungsan-dong. Both are unable to depend on one another for support and must figure out a way to survive the dangerous circumstances. Complicating matters further, the entire country is grappling with a widespread outbreak linked to the mysterious virus, which appears to have connections to Sun Ah and the foundation she represents.
