Porridge (1974)

Episode Overview

Old Blanco is serving a sentence for the murder of his wife, maintaining his innocence throughout. When he appears before the Parole Board, it seems he is poised for release. However, Blanco shocks everyone by rejecting the parole offer. He clarifies that accepting it would mean admitting guilt for a crime he did not commit. Blanco states he will only walk out of prison with a full pardon. In response, Fletcher devises a strategy to assist him in achieving this goal.
