Episode Overview

In the second semifinal showdown, the task is to create a steam-powered vehicle. One group stumbles upon an unusual three-wheeled car and enhances it with a steam engine, while their rivals opt to construct a dragster. However, these contraptions aren't ready for the streets just yet. During the race, one car suffers a snapped drive shaft, requiring urgent welding mid-competition, while the other vehicle lacks brakes and has to reverse in order to climb hills.
