After a patient is rendered unable to speak, John provides him with a communication device, which the man uses to express his frustrations toward others. Meanwhile, Bob adopts an environmentally conscious persona in an attempt to win over a girl he's interested in. In another storyline, Linda confronts Margaret, accusing her of taking her bracelet, leading to tension between the two.
