Episode Overview

Dr. John Becker is convinced that one of his irritating neighbors is behind the recent disturbances in his laundry, apartment, and mail. Eager to uncover the truth, he crashes the building's weekly board meeting to confront all the tenants. Meanwhile, Chris, the new resident in Becker's building, quickly charms the diner crew with her cheerful personality. However, her upbeat demeanor only adds to Becker's frustration, making his already gloomy day even worse.
