Episode Overview

Jim Reynolds, a gentle and amiable man, is under John's care for high cholesterol, but his health is deteriorating because he’s not taking his medication. The culprit? One of Jim's three alter egos, the mischievous Jerry, has been hiding the pills. Determined to resolve this, John confronts Jerry, who accuses Jim of dishonesty. Complicating matters further, Jim starts displaying a new persona: a three-year-old girl. Meanwhile, Chris and Jake engage in their usual sibling rivalry, and Bob steps into the role of a big brother to a 10-year-old boy.
