The racers advance to the second round of JJ's Arm Drop at Speedy's Strip, with the Memphis Street Outlaws holding their own against challengers from various locations. Just as the excitement builds, a sudden downpour halts the racing action. In response to the weather, JJ opts to take the competition to the streets to continue the showdown.
