Believing that Mr. Sheffield has romantic feelings for her, Fran decides to declare her affection in a grand way by renting a billboard in Times Square. However, her bold gesture creates a series of misunderstandings, leading to unexpected complications in their relationship and plenty of comedic moments. As Fran navigates the fallout of her public proclamation, she must figure out the true nature of Mr. Sheffield's feelings and her own aspirations for love.
