Episode Overview
Anastas Poltroni, the leader of a global drug trafficking operation, has found sanctuary in a nation without an extradition agreement. The IM Force is tasked with drawing him out without resorting to kidnapping to avoid unwanted media attention. Cinnamon charms Carson, but their moment is interrupted by Briggs, who pretends to be her husband. Carson refuses to bribe Briggs, while Barney secretly plants some of Carson's heroin in his hotel room and alerts the authorities. The IMF catches Carson off-guard and seizes the drugs, but he manages to escape. He abducts Cinnamon and follows Briggs to an isolated lodge to reclaim his heroin. With the police on his tail, Carson flees with Cinnamon in tow. Thanks to Barney's strategic alteration of road signs, Carson inadvertently crosses the border and is arrested, with the heroin secured by law enforcement.
