Episode Overview

Title: U-Foes Plot: Following the emergence of new Inhumans due to the Terrigen Fog, the President enacts the New Powers Act, appointing Truman Marsh as the Avengers' government liaison. Concurrently, a group of scientists financed by HYDRA ventures into a gamma storm aboard a hijacked spacecraft, resulting in their transformation into the U-Foes. With Baron Strucker missing, they set their sights on seizing control of HYDRA for themselves.
