With a surge in lost items disappearing, Blakey mandates that a form must be completed for any reported lost property. Seizing the opportunity for some mischief, Stan and Jack concoct a series of pranks aimed at getting back at Blakey. Their antics lead to a humorous showdown as they navigate the absurdities of the situation, all while trying to outsmart their boss.
