A Mob-run numbers operation falls victim to a string of thefts, but they are reluctant to go to the authorities. The Chief suspects he knows who is behind the heists and takes it upon himself to put an end to the criminal activity. His mission is not just to halt the robberies but also to apprehend the thief before the Mob delivers its own brutal retribution.
