Ed travels to Los Angeles to retrieve an inmate, but after a run-in with aggressive police officers following a mugging incident, he loses his temper and finds himself incarcerated in County Jail. As he navigates a blatantly unjust system, Ed starts questioning his own morals as a law enforcement officer, witnessing the failures that affect countless individuals. Determined to uphold his principles, he declines the Chief's offer to bail him out, standing firm in his convictions.
