Title: Infection, Part III (III) Plot: As the police department narrows down the culprit behind the bioterror crisis in Chicago, they gear up for an extensive manhunt. Upton finds herself conflicted, wanting to assist in capturing the suspect while also being a source of comfort for a frightened young girl in need.
