Upon learning from the newspaper about the tragic passing of his former mentor, Reno becomes determined to uncover the circumstances surrounding his ex-partner's death. A police officer reveals that a notorious drug dealer named Jesus Ortega is to blame, having fled to Mexico. Fueled by a desire for both justice and vengeance, Reno teams up with Bobby and sets off for Mexico to confront Ortega.
