Reno Raines faces a challenging assignment as he goes undercover in what initially appears to be a legitimate operation: the "Flying U Rodeo," run by Reba Cross and her father. Unbeknownst to them, the unscrupulous manager, Lanny Peterman, is using the rodeo as a front for his illegal activities involving stolen breeding bulls.
