AXE COP's birthday month takes a turn for the worse when he inadvertently slays a group of innocent mermaids. To lift his spirits, FLUTE COP and DR. RANG present AXE COP with an incredible gift: the identity of his parents' killer—BAD SANTA. Determined to avenge his family, AXE COP sets off for South Pole World, ready to confront BAD SANTA and serve justice.
