Episode Overview

With El Coyote taking the top position on the "Most Wanted" list, Bud and Barracuda set out to hunt him down. Bud is motivated by the fact that El Coyote managed to evade capture and slip across the border, while Barracuda is eager to reclaim his former glory as the number one criminal. At the same time, Ruiz has his own agenda; he plans to rescue El Coyote to impress a beautiful waitress, hoping that she will view him as "more Mexican."
