Episode Overview

Gert’s poor diet leads to a heart attack while she’s competing in the Little Miss Mexifornia Pageant. With surgery costs too high in the U.S., Bud decides to take her to Mexico for the necessary artery surgery and heart repair. Meanwhile, Ernesto and Maria start Pepito on medication that helps him behave, but they’re not pleased with the unwanted side effects it brings.
